Great location and experience
Everything was great. Staff were super nice. From the hotel you can just walk anywhere in the Coex area, super convenient if you plan to do things nearby.
The room felt dusty but it went away as the AC was turned on. No big deal.

Great staff, fantastic views with everything you need within walking distance
This hotel gave us an opportunity to experience the Gangnam side of Seoul. Hotel staff were outstanding, willing to assist with absolutely anything and English were no troubles. There is an abundance of facilities located within the hotel for guests to use but if you are looking for additional great food or shopping the hotel is also amongst three huge shopping centres (as well as an aquarium). The airport bus is also just a five minute walk so was really easy to head home! Hotel also located near two metro stations on either side which made travel to tourist attractions easy as well as to the Olympic village (where many theatre productions and baseball games are played). Would definitely recommend and return again.
